Thiện Chí (Goodwill) was first setup as a non-profit, consulting, training organization, promotingrural-development, on 6th May 2004 by the Bình Thuận Planning and InvestmentBureau and has since been transformed into a Vietnamese NGO with its own charter.
We evaluate a community project for a location based on the following criteria:
- Poor economic conditions
- High level of participation from the local community, partners andgovernment.
- Long-term sustainability In addition, if feasible, Thiện Chí will cooperate with the local government to buildlearning centers for disabled children and help create jobs for the poor.
