Training of Para Vets
Thiện Chí helps training para
vets. They are of immense help after they become the become operational
in their village.
This training has been provided
in cooperation with the professional school of Bảo Lộc, over a period
of 12 months, at the rate of 2-3 days/week. A certificate was also
delivered for the successful candidates. In total 63 para vets have
received such training. 2/3 of them practice their new job.
These para vets are soon very
busy people, they treat a dozen cases a day and earn an income between
500.000 - 1.000.000 đồng/month, paid directly by the farmers. Every
quarter at least, the program invites them for complementary training.

trên heo, Bệnh trên gà,
Sản khoa, Ngoai khoa, Nuôi heo, Nuôi thỏ, Nuôi bò, Kí sinh trùng,
Bệnh truyền nhiễm chung, Giải phẩu
Loans to the para vets, to start model
farms
To help promoting better varieties
of animals, Thiện Chí gives credit to the trained para vets, up
to 2.000.000 đ, to be refunded within 6 months in 2 installments.
They are charged 1%/month, paid monthly. |
