Our team comprises 123 people of which 66 are full time and have a professional background and experience in different business sectors: microfinance, veterinary, agriculture, education, social work, education theatre, health, livestock etc.
The other 57 are local people trained by Thiện Chí and who contribute greatly to the success of the programs thanks to their knowledge of the villages. Thiện Chí is keen to recruit people from within the same district of the community development program, as it makes it more sustainable, it reduces the costs, and helps to be closer to the poorest villagers. In Đức Linh (the oldest program), 80% of the team is from Đức Linh.
Hằng (picture) and Thân are the most senior team members and co-founders of Thiện Chí.
